Need help deciding on a gpu

I currently have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 1GB 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card

 

I only have about $200 to spend, so I was thinking about getting like a gtx 760 or doing crossfirex with 2x MSI Radeon R7 260x

 

any thoughts on which is better or any suggestions on perhaps a better route to go than these 2 options?

get a 280x, they seem to be going for around if not under $200 (on a crazy sale).
