Application load error 5:00005434

So I get "Application load error 5:00005434" when I try to launch my custom zombie map i'm working on for Call of Duty:World at War from the launcher located in the bin folder.  I have already uninstalled WaW and reinstalledit and all of the mod tools.  Not exactly sure if anyone will have an answer but what the heck.
