Having no personal experience with it myself, everyone that I know has said, It's Far Cry 3 in a different setting. Nothing special, nothing bad... just "meh".

It's good, but i'd wait a couple weeks, for it to get some patches, and for AMD/Nvidia to release a driver update before buying.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

The game itself is good.

Too bad there's Ubisoft...God does this game needs lots of patches to fix small things.

One single update for a minor tweak isn't much. In the next ~4 weeks there will be even more driver tweaks, and another patch or two at least.

So far I've been hearing good things, has Far Cry 2 aspects and everything else is Far Cry 3. Check out some gameplay/first impressions videos.

Here's a first impressions video from someone that plays on PC:

I have no affiliation with Mr. Debois, I am currently watching his first impressions video as I write this and the game looks semi-promising. He has three other Far Cry 4 videos up as well, which are 20-30 minutes long.

I am personally waiting to see how TB likes/dislikes it though.

Anyone getting a blurred/out of focus picture during cutscenes or when using the camera to tag stuff?
