CS:GO issues

Up till a week ago cs go ran perfectly fine and smooth on my PC (specs in sig) but now while switching weapons or reloading i get these weird stutters where the gun finishes the animation half way then jumps back and flickers and then its done. I have tried to reinstall the game but the problem persists. I have also verified the integrity of the cache and every time I do it, it tells me 1 file failed to validate and will be reaquired. It has done this like 5 times now. Any fixes?
