not wroth it to get 1866 memory, get 1600 and you forgot to say what gpu you are getting unless you want suggestions, try to get a 7950

1866 mhz is slightly better for just a few bucks more and I plan on getting a MSi Gtx 770 :) sorry forgot to include the gpu

you will not see performance increase most likely, unless you really want to dont get it even if its just 5$ plus you can overclock 1600 memory

Also, lack of storage. This build would break your budget.

I found a way to keep it in budget  ;)  so it is ok i just want to know if this will be a decent build for the games I plan on getting for the time being.

I wouldn't step into the haswell bandwagon like everyone else.

An ivy xeon build will do almost just as well while costing much less.

Here's what I would do: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/1578v

The Xeon is essientially a 3770 with no integrated graphics at a much lower price.

Get 16gigs of ram for better streaming/editing

You could fit in a 250gig ssd.

Do you mind making something more specific because I don't know what you are trying to say

Haswell is too expensive compared to ivy for the small increase of performance it gives.

Considering your budget and usage scenario, the build I have linked you is probably a better bang for your buck.

You could just swap out the motherboard in my list with the UD5H: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaz77xud5h

It would only be $60 more for more sata 3gb/s and 6gb/s ports.
