You don't need a rackmount wireless router. Get a rackmount router, then get an AP to mount in the ceiling.

Not routers but access points.

If you want good quality gear you're probably going to have to get them separately, especially if it's for an AC AP.

Ubiquiti has a wireless AC AP that I believe is about $300 and you could also get an EdgeRouter Lite to go with it ($100), then get a shelf for the AP (hold it in with velcro?) and a rack kit for the ERL (can find online, I'm on my phone so I don't have the link).

Non-consumer grade routers(aka rack mountable) don't tend to have access points built into them as well, since its assumed you will have external access points all over your building.
