I want to know your thoughts on this cooler. Should I go with the corsair h105 or this. And if you disagree with both of these I would like to see what you think I should get. I'm using an intel 4790k. :) Thanks.

If you do not plan to expand your GPU in your loop, and only have the CPU in the loop, I would go with the NZXT Kraken X61. It performs great and has good features. If you do plan to expand, you have to go with the H220-X.

Linus had some favorable opinions on the H-220x and I've seen it extended into a full loop on Tech of Tomorrow without any issues. I would definitely go with swiftech over corsair.

The option to expand the loop is a nice feature (that's what got me into the original H220...but that's a different story). Using a "legitimate" Swiftech CPU block is also very nice.

IMO, I don't like the "show case" reservoir; it makes it too clunky. You can't configure it in push-pull (or mount the fans at the bottom side of the radiator) because the reservoir and pump are now in the way.

Have you used it before? I noticed they have a 6 year warranty which is attractive and would make me feel as if they are solid quality, however I did hear they had some quality control issues, thoughts?
