The included software and fan control of Asus motherboards is head and shoulders above the competition.  I also like the aesthetic of this motherboard a lot.

rally no diff.

just brand and like, how many un-used features you'll have.

 

black, or black/red, 10 dollars, and a feature ive never seen anyone use.
