Sooo Im building my pc a need help my budget is around 600-700 (800 is my last bet) Euro. 

If possible what could I change to Save money ...I know the case ...but any thing other then that.

1. Budget & Location

700-800 Euro , Ireland

2. Aim
Bf4 , Far Cry 4 ,ME- Shadow of Mordor,Pay Day 2 , Nasgoth . You know these type of games ;p (that need lots of PC guts...)

3. Monitors
2 monitors , not sure about the resolution but they would have 22-25"

4. Peripherals
I need a Good budget Monitor (I have an old Samsung SyncMaster 741MP - LCD monitor - 17" its oooold ;p) a keyboard , mouse in the Future , headphones with mic etc .
 

5. Why are you upgrading?
I need a Pc to play games and of course school thingies.
