Best Budget RAM?

For my new gaming pc i need 8GB of dual channel RAM.

I was looking up on PCPartPicker and i dont know which one to choose.

Here is the list that im going to choose from: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/memory/#Z=8192002,16384002,65536002&h=1&m=6,11,12,17,23,28&s=301600,301800,301866,302000,302133,302250,302400,302600,302666,302800,302933,303000,402133,402400,402666,402800,403000,403200&sort=a9

Im on a budget, so i would need the lowest price possible but good performance.

What is the best RAM on that list?

RAM is RAM. Basically, get CL9 1600MHz or better. (CL9 is generally the best around these clock speeds, it's rare to see it lower without lower clock speeds.) I'd personally buy http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/mushkin-memory-997043s.

no cl7 is 1600, gskill and corsair both have cl7 1600 1.5v
