Laptop Time

Hey guys, I'v been thinking of getting a cheap laptop for for college a while now. 

I don't know the laptop market very well so I figured i'd ask for some help. 

I wouldn't be looking to do much with this, mostly just for notes and what not.  

So...

 

Location; Ireland

Budget; 100-200 euro

Use; light use, notes reports etc... I'd also love to be able to do some steam streaming to it from my desktop, so capability for that and a 1080p monitor would be nice.

Thanks for the ideas,  the HP stream does seem a little nicer then the chrome, although only has a 720p screen, oh well.
