2 fans can run at lower RPM's and still provide the same cooling potential together, making for lower noise at equal performance or more potential performance at the same noise. I would go for the FTW ACX since that is an awesome 750Ti

I'm pertty site sure amd has a better card for less money cant remember is it the 260x

 

Just checked linus holiday buyer video that he posted two days ago the r7 260x is the card that performs similarly but alot cheaper than the gtx 750 ti

its depends on the definition of performance, 750 ti is getting praise for it's power efficiency and less heat output

In the UK you can get r9 270s for near the price of 750ti.
