$80 is a pretty full budget for a mouse O.o anything from Asus's new Gladius, Logitechs G502, Razer's DeathAdder, Razer's Naga, ect... Most of them have mac compatibility or can easily be rigged for it

For future reference, a "budget" mouse would be less than half of what you said, as said before. Not trying to tell you off, though; the title is just a bit misleading for us xD

The G502 is trending right now, I've also heard great things of the G400s, Razer Deathadder, and CM Storm Recon.

In theory all mice should work on a basis level on OSX; but the extra buttons and the software to program those might not.

So it's not 100% on whether or not the additional buttons will work on OS X?

Some mice might have driver/sodtware for osx, but as I said you will still have garunteed basic functionality before you build you PC.
