Steam Support Tickets

So unfortunately I need to resolve an issue with the dreaded Steam Support. I have submitted a Ticket on Nov 6th and still NOTHING. How much longer should I wait before submitting a new one?

I have never dealt with steam before as well so please let me know how long it took for those of you that have.
