radiator air being cool when stress testing

I was stress testing my computer when i realized that the radiator on my watercooled system was extruding cool air instead of warm air, even when i was stress testing it with prime 95 and the cpu which is a intel core i7 4790k was heating up to around 70c can anyone help?

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

oh wait, never mind. maybe a clarification? Are you saying that the radiator is pulling the cold air out?

well it's set in a push configuration and when i stress test it the air that i am pushing out is cold instead of hot when the cpu is heating up

Could it be you have a radiator between the CPU block and that radiator that's blowing cold air out?

that might be what's going on i have no clue... maybe thermal compound usage can't remember how much i put on though
