Best Multimedia Tablet for around 300 euros or dollars

Hey guys, i'm on the market for a multimedia tablet for around 300 euros or dollars. Essentially to watch movies and videos, so, good screen is needed, and around 8-10". Do you guys have any advice? Thanks for your time! :)

I'd recommend the SHIELD Tablet or Tegra Note 7, but they're both 7". There's no too many good notable tablets in the 8-10" range. The only two off the top of my head are the iPad Mini and Nexus 9, but both of them are 4:3, which isn't good for multimedia.
