Privateinternetaccess problems

Hi, just today I bought a month of privateinternetaccess VPN, and I tried it out on my phone, works great! But when I try to do it on my computer, it does not change my IP, I can't connect to any other site, like Pandora. 

I've changed the DNS, still nothing. I'm using openVPN if that helps with anything.

 

My OS is: W8.1 enterprise 64 bit
