Are you sure that it's using Nvenc (I'm guessing this stands for Nvidia Encoding using CUDA)?

That would be the best explanation. Your system overall isn't too powerful, it should be noted.

My system has used that codeing before and it had no problem , my cpu usage was at 10% , now when i stream its at 50%, when I am in game its at 90%-100%
