Can't back up PC?

I bought an SSD a few months ago, and everything has been going wonderfully, except for backups.

 

No software works. Every single software I've tried (Paragon, Nero Backup, Acronis, Windows Backup, etc.) won't work. 

 

In all of those softwares the backup will begin, but before it finishes, it will have an error (varies by program) and stop.

 

I've tried backing up to NAS, I've tried an external HDD, I've tried an internal HDD, and I don't know what to do.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Might be the SATA controller issue. Is the ssd formatted in NTFS?
