that's a solid build. very good bang for the buck!

go for a hyper 212 evo for the cpu cooler, performs better and should cos a tiny little bit more

 

go for a 990fx chipser motherboard, liek the asrock 990fx extreme 3

Here is a idea that I would do, get a 280(Non X) with a better cooler and then overclock it so it is basically a R9 280X

You could do an i5 build for a similar price. I'd definitely spend the extra 25Euro on a quality power supply like a Seasonic S12II 620 instead.
