What does it mean by OEM?

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer

What this means in this case is that the product isn't retail and won't come with some accessories that would otherwise be included with the cpu.

Could this be OC to match an 8350's performance?

@nicehat Got one of these. it happens to overclock better than his old 8350 did.\

 

I should probably look at dates closer that was posted some time ago.

depends on the motherboard and cooling solution you plan on using.

They keep going on sale dropping out of stock, coming back in stock off sale price where they sit there for a few weeks then go back on sale and then it repeats itself.
