i bought the ek L240 kit and now i want to add in another rad probably a 360/420mm and a gpu block once they come out for the msi gtx 970. the Specifications from microcenter are wrong for the materials for the rad/pump they got aluminum for some reason and they are brass/copper .
will the pump that came with the kit i bought be good enough to have all that in 1 loop or will i have to buy a standalone pump . i also bought a swiftech micro res since i found out the pump/res combo took forever with the tiny res to fill it . only reason i got that res it was the only one they had in store at the time i would of got a full tube res since i got the room but it works
these are my specs https://pcpartpicker.com/b/PLr7YJ right now i have res > pump/res combo > cpu > rad 240mm > res

                                                                                       want to do it in  res > pump  > rad 240mm > cpu > gpu >rad 360/480mm >res

if i need a new pump is this a good one  http://www.performance-pcs.com/swiftech-mcp655-b-specia... .

is the swiftech micro res usable with this pump since im going from 400L to 1200L i dont want any surprises that i can help vortexs ect inside the res .

if i run the return not into the side but into the top of the micro res will the top part of my loop drain from the cpu/rad up from gravity and will that cause problems? .since it would be less tubes i dont have to run around the gpu then back around it .ive only have ran it thur the 2 lower ports the 2 times ive done tubing

i just need there waterblocks to come out for my non reference pcb

There are some interesting propositions here. Generally you use a single reservoir for each loop. Since you are planning on this all being in a single loop you shouldn't need any more than 1 reservoir. I'm not quite sure what pump comes in that EK kit but a D5 variant is usually the go-to. I recommend against all in one pump/reservoir combos personally, as I've had problems with them in the past. Noisy, improperly fitting, and poor quality. The order of your loop means precisely dick. Your coolant is running through the lines at a rate fast enough that you will see temp differences within margin of error. While I'm on flow rate, I recommend getting a variable speed pump. You can manually decrease the speed of a non-variable pump by using an inline resistor to decrease the voltage, but the variable is way easier. The speed at which the coolant goes through the loop will also do very, very little to your temperatures. I feel like you've overcomplicated this and need to step back and start fresh.

don't re-use coolant. either buy new or flush and use distilled till the build in

near finalized condition. all you'll be doing is transferring any clumpy or

contaminated coolant back into the build for future issues.

ok i have around half a bottle  of   the ek stuff left from when i first filled the loop . it can i use that mix with  distilled water in for the rest of the fluid

best is to fill the system with distilled, run till build is done upgrading and then

drain and replenish with color coolant (since it is expensive). diluting your color

coolant will weaken the color and not give you the effect you had/used to.

no its just clear premixed ekwb coolant from a pc store near me not colored the tubing is going to be
