Help with NVIDIA Installation! :(

Those ar elinks to ISO files so it'll be easy to use. You can either use any burning software you have to burn the ISO image to a DVD, or use their tools to make a bootable USB.

From the sounds of it you may be better off doing a fresh Windows install anyway to make your PC fresh again. Might not be what fixes the driver, but your PC will be happier anyway.

They said I just put it onto a USB and I'm done. I'm not sure what else I need to do? They said I don't need to format it or anything, so I'm not sure what you mean about tools.

You should stick with the exact version you have installed at the moment, not sure if your serial key would work on any other version.

Yeah, plus I can't see why I would ever want to go down to 32 bit anyways.

Lets get this straight, this PC is old and you put a 970 in it.

There could be compatibility problems in the first place.

Why not just build a new PC out of the current case, and what ever good parts there are????

So you have one PC still, sell the rest of the parts on Ebay

Hell, I got $70 from a Phenom x4 820 out of a old HP

Yeah, honestly I don't think I'm going to miss much. I'm going to move probably 10GB of data to a portable drive, then make a list of all the programs I want to reinstall, and do the wipe. I'm hoping it will speed up my system, been using this install since my PC was made 4 years ago.

Thats definitely a long time....and due for a reinstall.

The way you plan to move your data sounds good, hopefully this reinstall will fix your issue.
