Wouldn't change anything - apart from OS to Windows 8.1 and maybe changing ram to Corsair Vengeance Pro (as it nicely colour matches the Motherboard).

Uses:

Gaming

editing

rendering

DAWs

-Budget: $1,700 USD

Any advice regarding anything is appreciated!

You may want to consider a motherboard the has dual band a/b/g/n/ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 Asus Z97-PRO(Wi-Fi ac).

Windows 8.1 64-bit OEM will be supported longer than Windows 7.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
