OK im on a budget of 430, im already exceeding it by a little, but thats ok.

First off I'm 13 and i dont know any voltage regulation or any thing of that sort sort.

im planning on getting another 4gb stick and a 1tb hdd in the future. im not a hardcore gamer and play games at 720p.
