F***ing UPS!

The only time my shipment was damaged was when it was delivered by the mailman. They just slapped a sticker with 'your package was unintentionally damaged' on it. Two of the twenty fans in the package were broken. Didn't even say sorry. Granted, the packaging was a brown paper bag that wasn't padded very well so this wasn't too surprising. UPS has never failed me though.

Yeah usps has lost a package in one of their facilities before for me. Thankfully value was like >$2

Do you not see that it said scheduled for early delivery for today, and nothing happened? I don't care whether I had 3 day select or not, UPS should not be telling thier customers a package is coming early like that and not deliver on the day they say. I understand the concept of 3 days, and that its not late by 3 business days. It's late by what they say on their tracking at the moment. Its also concerning that it hasn't moved since friday.

 

You paid for 3 days so your expectation should be three days. You should feel lucky if you get it earlier. Not all packages get arrival/departure scans. That's just how it is. If you wanted 2 day, you should have paid for 2 day.

Yes, but it's more like a bank/government holiday. Still had to go into work and most businesses are functioning like any other day.

We do, but we call it Memorial Day and that is a big holiday.
