Gonna be using it for rendering in Adobe AE, and Maxon C4D, also going to be playing Minecraft and SimCity (Recording Also) (Not expecting the fastest rendering time)

Going to be upgrading to 16GB of RAM soon, FX-8350 (Or FX-8320), a 780, and a 480 SSD

You should just get a single 8GB RAM stick if you're going to be upgrading soon, and get a 970 instead of a 780.
