Fiberoptic / Cathode / Neon Lights

Hey folks i'm in love with fancy lights for some reason and i've been browsing the web for different kinds of lights for about an hour,
Have you ever seen fiberoptic light decorations before?   

I really like these Cathode lights to.


So i'm wondering, do you guys know anny store that sells light's like these?
How do they hook up? 

I'm interessted in both in pc lights and for house decoration, 
Some form of rgb light that you can controll youself would be awesome,
i've seen some guys working on a rgb light strip for computer but i dont remember where

I'm curious about how the light works though, what creates the different lights?
Do you buy individual lenses or do they come with it?
