SlimDriver is the only one I know off. they do a free and paid version (read through the installer and untick the unwanted software!).

 

personally I go straight to manufacture's site or chipset venders site (like intel, realtek, etc).

I don't recommend using such programs, because they can get the wrong drivers. Use windows update and the manufacturer's sites for graphics driver.
