Is the Phantom version of the GTX 980/970 any good?

Just like the titles says...

Are Gainward Phantom versions of the GTX 970 and the GTX 980 any good?

And how well they hold up against other brands?

There aren't many reviews around the web. I never used a gainward product before so i wouldn't know wether it is a good company or not. I would recommend ASUS , MSI and EVGA. Gainward may have good cards, but i honestly don't have any experience/knowledge about the company and their products.

I think they are, they have really unique look and design. But it is also smart, moving the fans bellow the heatsink is kinda good for push ventilation. It certanly comes factory overclocked a bit, not to much but it is something, and it is definetly cooler than stock.
