I can build it for 8 core w/ HT support in a few minutes. Give me a few and I will upload a new revision. I also added proper logical core and logical thread detection (which I hope works properly).

@runit3 Support for 16 threads is up.

Edit: Spotted a problem with 6 cores w/ HT and 8 cores w/ HT that with I will fix in the next build.

Edit2: Fixed the thread problem in Preview 0.1.4 posted in OP.

It gives me this when I double click it.

Ahh, maybe it's because of missing library's. Anyhow I pushed out another version, care to give that one a try. I reverted the benchmark back to the previous code so that should work fine. I'm just trying to tackle the displaying of cores and threads properly.

P.S. Try doing the following and see if it makes the file run from being double clicked.

chmod +x /Desktop/SimBench

And @Opcode Heres the 7850K you wanted

A10-6800k at stock, the clock speeds give it an edge over the 7850k.

No Windows version @Opcode   :)

I may post a Windows version once I finally get all the issues ironed out with the Linux build (these would only carry over to the Windows build).
