Hey guys, i was looking at this, and it didnt mention am3+ in the specs for it, would it still work?

Also another question, is there any good Ubuntu (linux) alternatives to things like CPU-Z where you can moniter temps?

Thanks!

sensors will give you a CPU temp if your cpu is compatibe.  To install, go to terminal and input: sudo apt-get install lm-sensors and when that is done, input sudo sensors-detect. To get a realtime output, go to terminal and input watch -n 1 -d sensors

For CPUs, 120/140mm AIOs are a job half done.  They are more expensive, and don't perform as well as their air tower cooler counterparts.

A minimum for a CPU AIO is 240mm if you want the performance you pay for.

Since you live in the U.S., check out the Cooler Master Seidon 240M for ~$75 on Newegg.com.  Make sure your case is compatible.
