The MSI Z77A-G41 is also a good choice for a overclocking board under $100. If you can add $10 more, the P8Z77-V LK is a good board that has great features besides overclocking. Here is a review on the G41 board: http://www.hardocp.com/article/2012/09/10/msi_z77ag41_lga_1155_motherboard_review/7

AnyWell, unless youre willing to buy a board for pure performance, and add on a bunch of cards later, you should really get one you like for aesthetics ,or provides the best functionality/IO and not be bothered too much, and since you aren't overclocking to an extreme level, you dont need a board with 200 power phases.
