Which board is best

What is the best z77 motherboard for $100. Gonna pair it with a 3570k and hope to overclock a bit.

not that many options, MSI Z77A-G43 or Asrock Z77 Pro3

like andi said all i've seen from the z77x-ud3h is good, i like the look of the g-43 from msi but i havent seen reviews on it

MSI has to good boards to offer for around 100 dollars.

AnyWell, unless youre willing to buy a board for pure performance, and add on a bunch of cards later, you should really get one you like for aesthetics ,or provides the best functionality/IO and not be bothered too much, and since you aren't overclocking to an extreme level, you dont need a board with 200 power phases.
