I was sleeving my PSU cable until the last wire, for some reason, I pulled this one with less force than the other, but then the wire came off without the terminal pin. Now the pin is stuck inside the 24 pin housing and I have no idea how to get it out. Anyone have any idea how to get it off?  :(

Just use the ATX pin tool to compress the tabs that keep the pin locked in place and use a pair or needle nose pilers or tweezers to remove from the cable side, you'll need to re-crimp the cable with another pin.

Idk if it's me or the tabs are too hard to compressed, I used paperclip with a hook trying to pull it out, needle nose pliers like you said, tweezers is too big so I'll have to get a smaller one. But that's basically everything I've tried and the terminal pin's still sitting right in its place.... =/

It's much easier if you have the tool I've tried using paper clips and custom made tools before and it is definitely better with a pin remover, but if you have a very small precision screwdriver you could try bending the tabs or compressing the pin itself from the cable side towards the connector to see if the tabs let go of the connector, just try to be careful not to apply too much pressure and break the connector if you decide to compress it.

Might have to hammer down some paper clips to manually compress the tabs, pin remover didn't even help 1 bit ... I've come to a point where I even try to use oil lol ...

HAHA oil it up!!!!

I'd probably not oil it though, if worst comes to worst just take a pair of needle nose pliers and crush the pin so it will let go of the connector, I've never had one get really stuck before, can you post a picture I might have a better idea what's up with it.

I changed it, let me know if you can see them now.

Yep I can see it now, the pin looks a bit rectangular compared to the others it might be catching on the connector, if it's really stuck in there and you really can'y get it out you could try to just pull it out crush the pin and brute force it by trying to pull it out on the cable side, not really sure what other ways there really are to take it out.

BTW sleeving looks really nice  ;)

I managed to get the pin out of the housing ... 3 days of pulling, bending, compressing ... got it broken into 3 parts and then easily push the head out. Looking good so far:

Thanks for trying to help out  ;)

Wow that color match on the case and sleeving flows so well with the motherboard, and success, darn piece of metal!
