120mm AIO + Nzxt G10 + (Reference) GTX 970?

How much performance do you think I'd lose If I were to run my rads in pull only?

Mmmm, for smaller radiators push/pull helps a tremendous amount.  Even adding a 2nd 120mm on my X31 dropped temperatures by 4C on my GPU when at the same RPM(1500rpm)

Ok, for content creation, that is a good build, but here are some changes, and it makes it cheaper.  Make sure you buy your CPU + Motherboard in-store at Microcenter for a massive discount.

I think you should reconsider your case choice, I just free'd up a lot of money so you can afford a nicer case.  The Cooler Master Seidon 240M is only $75 and a full 240mm AIO, so excellent price to performance if you can make it fit.
