My CPU is Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66 Ghz....I want to reach 2.80 Ghz.......For that I need to set the FSB from 333 to 350.......but what about voltage??? do i need to change that????? and what does those circled options represent???? Do i need to change those options too or just keep it default?????????

Voltage causes increased heat output, but also increases stability to a certain extent.

If you OC a part and it becomes unstable, (e.g. you raise the FSB to 350, and it crashes on you) increase the voltage in small increments - stop increasing it if the temperatures get too high for your liking.

What about others???? do i need to increase FSB,Memory and Chipset voltage too????

You'll want to test it and play around with it - monitor the temps and the stability you get. OCing isn't something that's the same with all chips - different chips will perform differently when OCed.

What I'd recommend is raising the voltage of the FSB if you OC the FSB, Memory if you OC the memory, etc etc. If raising the voltage of one doesn't help, touch the voltage of the others up a bit and see if it does - I'd recommend raising the CPU voltage as high as it can go, then raising the rest.
