New CPU help

Im thinking about getting a i5 4690k or the i7 4790k. I play star Citizen and run a plex media server on it and transcodes while im playing games. While doing all this it needs to also be able to record the gameplay. What one should i get?

4790K would be your best option if you have the extra money for it.

If you have the budget you might want to go with the 5820k for the extra cores.
