Amd fx 8350 overclocked to around 4,4 ghz

Noctua nh-d14

Msi gtx 970

4 120mm jetflo case fans

Asus m5a97 r2.0

Samsung 250 gb ssd

2000 gb hdd

Bitfenix Shinobi

Be quiet 600w 80 silver plus

That'll be fine: just make sure it has enough amperage on the 12+ volt rail: 24a is minimal.

Would it also be enough when I had a gtx 980 instead of the gtx970?
