Backup Software Needed!

I got a simple nas that stores most of my data, however since it only has one disk, I need it backed up.

I got a simple windows-7 home "server" that has an external drive I would like this data to be backed up to. It does have to make differential backups since the disk space is the same on the external drive as the NAS.

Does anyone know some good software that does just this:

Make scheduled differential backups of a network location to an external USB drive.
