Computer starts up in 3 goes!

Okay so when i start my computer up, the fans spin for a second and then it resets, the second time the the fans spin up for 2 second and it resets, finally leading to a boot up!

 

Why is this happening ?

Try changing the PSU usually power supply issue causes this, Make sure the mobo is not shorted or anything

i thought it was just the pc testing the psu? mine does this but only happens once

Could be a memory test setting that a forgot to switch
