Sound Gets Louder

I have the HD 558's and out of  nowhere the sound just bursts and it gets louder to a point I have to throw the headphones off because it is unbearable. Any ideas?

What's the source of the music from

What's the source of the music from

 

From my Hero VI motherboard.

 

 

 

What sound drivers do you use? Realtek?

I might have a solution.

 

Go into the Realtek HD Audio Manager -> Sound Effects

Disable the Loudness Equalization next to the Environment Dropdown.

Taskbar-> Loudspeakersymbol *rightklick* -> "Sounds" -> Go to Tab "communication" -> "Do nothing" -> "OK"
