The only screen I've had damaged is when someone stepped on my bag containing my Chromebook.

Replaced the screen with a better one than stock for £25

Normally I would be against you, I can have pretty good rage at times myself, but only an idiot throws their gear. Best way to do it is squeeze tight.

i can agree with that, but the best solution to the problem is to learn to calm down, after i threw my sidewinder x8 at my door and cracked the top, i started to work on my temper.

 

it and now days i don't get too mad anymore, so my basic suggestion is to  the OP is to simply work on your temper.
