How loud would that be?

Not very loud at all. The reference cooler is pretty good.

It depends on how high the load is. It wont be as loud as my rig, Sometimes it sounds like a tank on a asphalt road and sometimes it dounds like a fighter jet is starting its engines.

On 50-80% load you wont be bothered by the sound at all if you use headphones.
