Its timee! Gaming/Workstation build!

Brandster

OKEY HERE WE GO!

Quick intro i'm a design student just starting out and i am also a gamer. This rig is aimed to last for years and should be easily upgradable for the years to come.

Hi i am from Malaysia, so the prices will be RM or Malaysian Ringgit(MYR), my budget is around RM2800.

This build should be able to handle

1)light to slightly heavy rendering (light after effects),

2)Play games with a GOOD frame rate

*quick note*  i was planning to start live streaming LoL and hearthstone on twitch but i would easily give it up if the budget is too low and i can get a much better performance in the games.

I am currently planning to run this system with 2 1080p monitors (might add in a 3rd) but i dont think i need anything thing too fancy like eyefininity or stuff like that

This is just a system no peripherals needed i've got everything i need

THINGS TO NOTE:

1) i already have a 120gb ssd in my current system which i am planning to bring to this system

2) i also have a 1 TB hard drive that i plan on reusing

3) this build will not need an windows os

Why Am I Upgrading

1) The system that i am using now is almost 5 years old now and it was a really budgeted computer even back then

2) The programs that i have to run either takes forever or hangs and crashes on me

3) and Hell its about time..

Few Stuff

1) I still haven't decided whether i should go or a intel and nvidia system or an pure amd-apu system

2) I originally wanted to go for 32GB but the price dosent seem right so i am going for 16GB instead answer this: is 16GB too overkill for this system?

3)i already came a point of the case that i want which is a CMN200/N400 (would prefer not 100% though) depending on the size of the motherboard

4) i'm not skilled in the ways of the overclockers but i am willing to learn =)

5) Here's a big main point: i really need help on choosing the motherboard, processor and the GPU mostly but other suggestions are welcome.

Here's a price list of my local computer store.

You can't build a workstation for under $850.

This is the best I could do.

thanks! but let me rephrase my self then, i am not looking for a full on workstation, i am looking for a decent machine that can at least render at a decent speed, it dosent have to be lighting fast. but also i am expecting to use this rig for quite awhile so upgrade-ability is also a important thing to me. =)

its sort of tight: your $851 budget..... but still, here goes:

You may wanna get some advice on the PSU (i be a noob on PSU'S) and pick a case that is locally manufactured since a branded case enlisted on pcpartpicker won't fit the budget, also i can't include an OS in the budget..... :/ also see if you can increase your budget, then you can afford a better case,PSU,GPU.
