Which GPU should I choose?

I want to build a gaming pc. Which gpu should I buy? The GTX 780 ti or the GTX 970? They are the same price for me. If you think an other gpu is better please tell me.

I want to use it for gaming, 1080p at high settings and at least 45 fps

it will do over 60fps on high settings (no ultra) in most new games at 1080p

Get the 780ti. It performs better.

yeah when you drive in my country (UK) were you can't go more 70 MPH on our highways without getting a 100£ fine in the post the next day lol
