My mobo has 3 4 pin fan headers, i used to run stock 2 intakes and stock fan on h80i but i dont no how i had all 3 plus h80i pump all plugged in  maybe the pump of fan on h80i wasn't plugged in but prime 95 small fft didn't go above 70c so they must have been all plugged in somehow.

Anyways i bought 3 3pin fans to replace these fans and can only run 2 plus h80i pump until i buy a splitter (still don't know know how i had all connected before) but I have both 2 fans running full speed and in bios you can't have them under 50%, 50%-100% pretty much sound the same (1800rpm). So would there be a way to make them run slower to reduce noise or somehow under volt them.

Kinda a noob and btw fans I'm using are nb eloops

Which mobo? You can use software like Speedfan and OpenHardwareMonitor to reduce speeds. If you want them permanently running slower, best way is to either get voltage reducers or hardware based fan controller.

You can buy voltage limiters. I know the corsair fans come with resistors fitted in an in-line style that you can just connect between your fans and mobo.
I'm guessing it wouldn't be hard to acquire these online for your fans.

You could work with a combo of these resistors and fan control software - both will have their limitations.

There is always a way. xD
