Relationship request on pending?

So i am happy that i am not a an single anymore. But Facebook is want to make my relationship a an mess in right a way! Because we decide to put it out there. And i put a request for her. And that's request has on pending status in two week's now. And i'm still can't to accept it or her can't put her status to on the relationship. Because Facebook just getting to complain that the request on pending status. But no one of us hasn't got that option to accept one on other. So what should i do?

Sorry about that i didn't realize that there was an off-topic section. My bad.. Yeah she also try to put me a request. Then she canceled that one because i didn't get it either. So now i put her that new one. And it still complaining that there is a request on the way. But yeah it doesn't really matter. But i my self are those person who has solve all problem or they continued to bother me.
