This looks fine. I would go with dual channel memory, but that's just me.

Do you plan on overclocking?  If not you don't need all the cooling surplus.  For even medium editing and rendering, an i7 is a must have.

Was lazy to change it in the build but I'd definitely get different RAM nonetheless cause white RAM on a black/red mobo oh god
