X.M.P profile problem

When i set in X.M.P mode my pc have some like lag spikes and chrome does not respond when im quiting from a game like SOM

 

my set up :INTEL CORE I7-4790K 4.00GHZ LGA1150

                 ASUS SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 1 RETAIL

                 CORSAIR CMY8GX3M2A1600C9A VENGEANCE PRO 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 1600MHZ C9 DUAL CHANNEL KIT

                 SAMSUNG MZ-7KE256BW 850 PRO SERIES 256GB 2.5'' SSD SATA3

MY PC   CPU INTEL i7 4790k   MOTHERBOARD ASUS SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK1   COOLING CORSAIR H80i    CASE BITFENIX RONIN   RAM 2X4GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE 1600MHZ  GPU GIGABYTE GTX 970 G1 PSU CORSAIR RM750 WATT SSD SAMSUNG PRO 850 256GB HDD WD 1TB BLUE

the link to the ram does not work, but it's 1600Mhz Ram, which should not have an XMP profile...
