How does Gta IV run on modern day technology?

More specifically:

AMD FX-6300 OC ~3.8

Asus Gtx 660

Hyper X 8gb

Horribly optimized. Specs don't really even matter unfortunately.

Nowadays with all the power we got it runs perfectly smoothly. It's a lot more demanding then it needs to be but whatever
